We have 2 large, open plan office spaces available at our William Street creative hub.

Located on level 3, 101–111 William Street, Darlinghurst, the William Street creative hub is currently home to the Australian Design Centre and Hub Sydney , along with 6 live/work apartments for artists.

What’s on offer:

  • 2 large office suites measuring 241m² and 242m² – these sites are available separately or together.
  • Subsidised rent rates at approximately 60% of market value.2-year lease (starting in September 2017) with a further 2-year option depending upon performance.

City of Sydney are keen to hear from emerging cultural organisations, creative entrepreneurs and imaginative design practices and collectives. Successful applicants will complement the mix of existing tenants and contribute to a dynamic hub of innovation and imaginative spirit within the precinct.

Note: The space is most suitable for use as an office/creative work space. It cannot be used as a retail space, gallery, or rehearsal space. Nor can it be used for public events and exhibitions.
