Membership FAQs

Everything you need to know about becoming a TNN member! If you have a question that isn't answered here – please contact us and we will help you out.

Why is TNN membership now free?
TNN is currently transitioning to a free membership model. This is part of a series of changes that are being made to the organisation as we think through the best ways to support more people across the NSW theatre and performance sector. Members will continue to receive discounts to TNN events and access to opportunities. We are working hard to keep our community connected and provide an independent and sector led gathering ground for artists, small to mediums and majors. Membership is key to achieving these outcomes.

I’ve just registered, why don't I appear on the Directory?
To maintain a high-quality directory, all new members must be approved by TNN before their profile becomes viewable on TNN Directory. If it has been more than a few days since you registered and your profile is still not visible, please contact TNN.

I want to join TNN, but I don’t want my details to be searchable on the Directory.
That’s okay! One of the benefits of joining TNN is the ability to share our resources, skills and experience between members of the Network. However, we do respect your right to privacy – if you do not wish to have your registration information be searchable, please contact TNN and we can work with you.

What if I forget my password?
Easy! Simply go to the login page, and click the ‘Lost your password?’ link below the login area and you will be taken to the password recovery page. Alternatively you can go directly to the password recovery page here.

I’m concerned about my privacy, what do you do with my information?
Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy, available here to read or download.

What does the ‘Send these credentials via email’ option on the registration form mean?
If you check the box, a copy of the information you entered into the form will be emailed to you for your own records. This is simply a convenience for you, should you wish to make a note of what you’ve told us!
