Everything you need to know about becoming a TNN member! If you have a question that isn't answered here – please contact us and we will help you out.

I signed up to TNN during the free trial period, do I have to make a new account?
The short answer is yes – as part of re-vamping the membership, you will need to register your details again. We also encourage our members to take advantage of the opportunity to fully flesh-out their membership information – our directory is designed to help our members connect with other members who have the skills and experience they need.

Can I sign up using credit card or debit card rather than Paypal?
You don't need a Paypal account to pay your registration online! When you are automatically redirected to the Paypal page, look down to find the 'Pay with a credit card or debit card' option and select it. This will show the form used to make an ordinary online credit card transaction. Note that you will also have the option at this stage to create a Paypal account should you wish, but it is not necessary to do so!

I want to sign up, but I can’t or don't want to go through Paypal's site.
You can still join! Simply get in touch with us by one of the methods listed at tnn.org.au/contact and we will help you out.

I’ve just registered, why don't I appear on the Directory?
To maintain a high-quality directory, all new members must be approved by TNN before their profile becomes viewable on TNN Directory. If it has been more than a few days since you registered and your profile is still not visible, please contact TNN.

I want to join TNN, but I don’t want my details to be searchable on the Directory.
That’s okay! One of the benefits of joining TNN is the ability to share our resources, skills and experience between members of the Network. However, we do respect your right to privacy – if you do not wish to have your registration information be searchable, please contact TNN and we can work with you.

What if I forget my password?
Easy! Simply go to the login page, and click the ‘Lost your password?’ link below the login area and you will be taken to the password recovery page. Alternatively you can go directly to the password recovery page here.

I’m concerned about my privacy, what do you do with my information?
Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy, available here to read or download.

What does the ‘Send these credentials via email’ option on the registration form mean?
If you check the box, a copy of the information you entered into the form will be emailed to you for your own records. This is simply a convenience for you, should you wish to make a note of what you’ve told us!
