AUSTRALIAN FILM TELEVISION & RADIO SCHOOL – OPEN DAY

Do you or does somebody you know want to study film, TV or Radio? On Saturday 12 August, Australia’s national screen and broadcast school, the Australian Film Television & Radio School (AFTRS), is throwing open its doors for its annual OPEN DAY. This an opportunity to learn about AFTRS 2018 courses and experience what Australia’s premier screen and broadcast school has to offer.
AFTRS wishes to find and empower Australian storytellers to share their stories with the world through future-focused education and training. The school is keen to work with students from a diversity of backgrounds across Australia and it offers a broad range of courses.
There are skills-based, part-time Diplomas, the full-time Bachelor of Arts Screen: Production plus Postgraduate Graduate Certificate and Masters programs. Courses are offered in a variety of disciplines ranging from screenwriting, directing, radio and social media, to animation & visual effects, cinematography, design, music, sound and radio. The school also offers a range of scholarships and financial support for students including bilingual, diversity and equity scholarships.
