TNN’s In The Foyer is a new program that provides an opportunity for you to connect with others (friends & associates in the NSW theatre sector) and see great NSW theatre at the same time!

TNN’s first ‘In The Foyer’ event is Friday June 19 at PACT for Afterglow’s Great Speckled Bird.

Here’s your guide to getting  ‘In The Foyer’

1. TNN establishes an event within an existing production or event with its TNN Tix or In The Foyer code. You mention this when booking/buying*.

2. A TNN representative will be at that particular event and make you all welcome at the interval, pre or post (depending on the event) drinks. You grab some friends or come on your own knowing that you’ll have a TNN gang in the foyer to connect with over a drink.

3. We chat, relax, catch a show or a theatre-related gig and go our separate ways until next time.

The Great Speckled Bird by Ryan McGoldrick from re: group performance collective runs from 17-20 June. Through the use of interactive technology and personal conjecture The Great Speckled Bird considers the nature of family, memory and the stories we tell ourselves. The Great Speckled Bird is part of PACT’S inaugural AFTERGLOW season also presenting Dining [Uns]-Table by Cloé Fournier.

PACT centre for emerging artists sits close to Sydney’s  Erskineville village where patrons can access cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. PACT is less than a 10 minute walk from Newtown’s busy King Street.

  • Public Transport – Erskineville Train (250m),  Newtown Train (900m) and Macdonaldtown Train (1km); Erskineville Road Taxi Stand (300m); 355 Bus (250m); other buses at Newtown (900m)
  • Parking – Railway Parade has unlimited free parking.
