SKILLS & EXPERTISE PROFILE
- 3+ years generalist marketing experience
- 2+ years experience in the performing arts sector or entertainment industry
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for writing and an eye for design
- Excellent attention to detail with high standards for the accuracy and quality of materials

- Strong organisation skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects and timelines
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Sound knowledge of Photoshop, website CMS and email programs such as WordPress and Mailchimp
- Passion for and high level of knowledge of key social media platforms
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with strong relationship building skills
- Aptitude for or experience in data collection and analysis and database management
- Hands‐on event management experience
- Interest in the social impact of arts experiences
- Generous with time and skills, comfortable in a high‐performance culture
- Ability to take responsibility and exercise initiative
- Ability to work in accordance with AOT systems and policies
DETAILS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Full‐time or 0.8 FTE (negotiable)
- Salary will be negotiated with the preferred candidate. Superannuation is paid at a rate of 9.5%
- Reports to the General Manager
- Normal hours of work are 9.00am ‐ 5.00pm Monday to Friday, but the appointee may be required to work outside of these hours from time to time
